Arkansas
Arkansas is officially retarded in the area of weather. Last week it was 80 something degrees and this week, it's maxing out at mid-50s. Thank you, Arkansas for allowing me to get out my shorts only to not use them! I'm just gonna wear jeans all summer now because the weather patterns are so out-of-whack here.
